A palpa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o revelou endurecimento. Sem este exame, a parte invasiva teria passado despercebida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Resultado:<\/strong> O paciente foi submetido a uma excis\u00e3o local ampla com margens limpas.
